We appreciate that you have found our school and are interested in our program. We ask that you please review the following steps in completing the admission process.
Please read below to see detailed instructions on how to complete the Admissions Application.
After reading the instructions, please hit the "Apply Now" button to begin your application process.
You may schedule a tour of our facility here.
Upon clicking the "Apply Now" button, you will be taken to the Brightwheel website to fill out the "Enrollment Application".
The link will take you to your internet browser. Follow the instructions to make an account, then you will have access to the admissions application. If you already have a Brightwheel account please log in at this point.
*Note: The application can ONLY be completed via an INTERNET BROWSER.
Once you have submitted the "Enrollment Application"; please use the calendar below to schedule a tour of our facility.
You MUST tour the facility before continuing your application process. If you are applying from out of city/state, you can request a virtual tour.
Upon completion of your tour, you will receive part 2 of your application.
Upon receiving part 2 of your admissions application, there will be a non-refundable application fee of $100 invoiced to you to hold your position on the waitlist. The order for the waitlist is in order of payment of the $100 application fee in full.
Completing the "Enrollment Application" process DOES NOT hold your position. Only paying your $100 fee will hold your position.
Once you complete parts 1 & 2 of the application and pay your $100 application fee, you will be ready to join Jewell's Gems Academy!

At this point, download the Brightwheel Application from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Use the same Brightwheel web login credentials to log into your account on the mobile application.
All of your fee & payment invoices, further documentation requests, and messages from administration can be viewed and paid via the mobile Brightwheel application.
