Upon clicking the "Apply Now" button, you will be taken to the Brightwheel website to fill out the "Enrollment Application".

The link will take you to your internet browser. Follow the instructions to make an account, then you will have access to the online admission application. If you already have a Brightwheel account please log in at this point. 

*Note:  The school admission form can ONLY be completed via an INTERNET BROWSER.

Once you have submitted the "Enrollment Application"; please use the calendar below to schedule a tour of our facility. 

You MUST tour the facility before continuing your admissions & tour process. If you are applying from outside of Nashville, TN, you can request a virtual tour.

Upon completion of your tour, you will receive part 2 of your online admission application. 

Upon receiving part 2 of your online admission application, there will be a non-refundable application fee of $100 invoiced to you to hold your position on the waitlist. The order for the waitlist is in order of payment of the $100 application fee in full.

Completing the "Enrollment Application" process DOES NOT hold your position. Only paying your $100 fee will hold your position.

Once you complete parts 1 & 2 of the online admission form and pay your $100 application fee, you will be ready to join Jewell's Gems Academy!

Upon completion of your admissions & tour, download the Brightwheel Application from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. 

Use the same Brightwheel web login credentials to log into your account on the mobile application. 

All of your fee & payment invoices, school admission form, and further documentation requests, and messages from administration can be viewed and paid via the mobile Brightwheel application.
